All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work site for safety reasons. We will make every effort to minimize disruption to your property and will clean up the work area upon project completion.
